Cancellation policies
- Any ticket purchased cannot be cancelled, refunded or modified.
- In the case of the provision of services relating to leisure activities with a date or period of execution
specific, pursuant to art. 59, I, letter n) of Legislative Decree 206/05 and subsequent amendments, the right of withdrawal does not apply
of which ex art. 52 of the same. - The Customer will therefore not be able to exercise any right of withdrawal on the purchase of any entrance ticket.

- In case of rain, the entrance ticket will not be refunded.
Safety regulations
- For your safety, access to each attraction is subject to certain height, age, and health restrictions.
- Four-legged friends are welcome! Dogs must be kept on a leash and, if large, must also wear a muzzle.
- Pets are not allowed on attractions or during shows. They are welcome in restaurants, but only in designated areas that our staff will indicate to you.
