What is not included?
- The cost of parking varies depending on the vehicle used:
Car: €10.00 per day
Motorcycle: €7.00 per day - Payment service with Telepass to access the park car park
- Secure luggage storage at the "Welcome" Information Office in the Ticket Office area or "West" in the West Village
- Helmet storage is available at the "Welcome" Information Office in the Ticket Office area or at the "West" Information Office in the West Village.
- At Gardaland Park, parents with children under 110 cm tall (check on site) can take advantage of a stroller rental service.
- Strollers can be collected at the "Info Welcome" Information Office in the Ticket Area or "Info West" in the West Village.
- This is a paid service. Please note that you will be asked to provide proof of identity to use this service.

EASY SHOPPING
Buy now and collect at the exit! Shop until you drop while you continue to enjoy the park in complete freedom, without bags and worries! We'll deliver all your purchases, made at any store in the park.
by 4:00 PM, directly at the Adventure Store in the parking lot, where you can pick them up free of charge starting at 4:30 PM. For more details, ask our store staff.
WI-FI AREA
Convenient and free Wi-Fi is available throughout the park. Search for the "Gardaland-Guest" network on your device and log in for free with your social media profile (Facebook or Twitter) or register.
PETS
Four-legged friends are welcome! Dogs must be kept on a leash and, if large, must also wear a muzzle. Pets are not permitted on attractions or in shows; pets are strictly prohibited in restaurants.
Welcomed in the designated areas that will be indicated to you by our staff.
EXIT & RETURN FROM GARDALAND PARK
If you wish to temporarily leave the park and return during the day, have the appropriate "pass" stamped at the entrance/exit turnstiles.
MEDICAL DEVICE
A first aid service is available within the park throughout opening hours. If you need assistance, please don't hesitate to ask the staff.
GENERAL PARK REGULATIONS

NURSERY
Located in the "Fantasy Kingdom" area, it offers everything parents and children need. It features a "feeding area" equipped with high chairs, bottle warmers, and a vending machine selling various products.

Ask for the bracelet on which you can indicate your child's name at the "Welcome" Information Offices in the ticket area, "Castello" and "Tornelli" at the entrance and at the "West" Information Office in the West Village.

STROLLERS RENTAL
At Gardaland Park, parents with children under 110 cm tall (check on site) can take advantage of a stroller rental service.
Strollers can be collected at the "Info Welcome" Information Office in the Ticket Area or "Info West" in the West Village.
This is a paid service and costs €5.00 per day. Please note that you will be asked to provide identification to use this service.
All strollers are branded Inglesina, Official Partner of Gardaland Resort.
BABY SWITCH
This service is only available on attractions with height restrictions for younger children. Please contact our staff at the attraction entrance; parents can take turns riding the same attraction without the parent waiting with the child missing their turn in line. Please remember that children must always be accompanied inside the park. At Gardaland Park, everyone can enjoy the magic and thrills! However, access to individual attractions is limited.

Cancellation policies
- Any ticket purchased cannot be cancelled, refunded or modified.
- Since this involves the provision of services relating to leisure activities with a specific date or period of execution, pursuant to art. 59, I, letter n) of Legislative Decree 206/05 and subsequent amendments, the right of withdrawal pursuant to art. 52 of the same does not apply. Therefore, the Customer may not exercise any right of withdrawal on the purchase of any admission ticket.

- In case of rain, the entrance ticket will not be refunded.

Open Entrance ticket for an evening visit to Gardaland Park (children under 90 cm tall are free to enter). The ticket is valid until September 6, 2026, for one entry to Gardaland Park Evening from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM. On September 5, 2026, the ticket is valid from 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM.
