What is there to know?
- The route may vary depending on weather conditions.
- Please let us know in advance if you will be bringing any guests with disabilities. To board the boat, you will need to be able to take a few steps independently. There are three staircases on the island, each with approximately 25 steps.
- Due to the uneven terrain and transportation difficulties, we do not recommend visiting with an electric wheelchair.
- Small dogs are also allowed in the villa, as long as they are kept in a bag or on your lap.
Medium and large dogs must wait outside during the internal visit (approximately 15–20 minutes). All dogs must be kept on a leash for the entire duration of the visit.

The customer must arrive at the location 10 minutes before departure and report to the vessel. If the customer is late, the vessel will still leave the port at the scheduled departure time. Failure to arrive on time or failing to show up will be considered a no-show.
Cancellation policies
- 24 hours before departure
100% penalty for cancellations within 24 hours of service or no-shows. No partial refunds are available. - In case of rain, the tour will proceed as normal. If inclement weather prevents safe navigation, we will contact the customer directly by phone to inform them of the cancellation and offer a refund or date change.
