Description
On this experience, you'll have the opportunity to savor our Extra Virgin Olive Oil, harvested and produced entirely by us, which captures the flavors and characteristics of Lake Garda. We'll begin with a stroll through the olive groves and the estate, which offers breathtaking views of Lake Garda and the Rocca di Manerba. We'll share the history of our property, the family's passion for agriculture, and the different varieties of olives we grow to create our unique oil. You'll embark on a sensory journey, tasting our oil paired with artisanal bread and focaccia, accompanied by a selection of local cheeses that pair perfectly with our homemade Millefiori honey. Naturally, there will be wines, with choices between Lugana and Chiaretto, and raw vegetables to dip in the oil. Depending on the tasting you choose, you'll also enjoy gourmet cured meats.
