Description
After a warm welcome, we’ll begin with a guided walk through our vineyards, where the Turbiana grape grows on rich clay soils unique to this area. You’ll learn about our sustainable farming methods and dedication to biodiversity, as well as our philosophy of respecting the land while producing high-quality Lugana wines.
From the vineyard, we’ll move to the cellar, where we reveal the winemaking process step by step—from harvesting and pressing the grapes to the delicate fermentation and aging techniques that create wines true to the Lugana identity. We’ll explain how the clay-rich soil and careful vinification give our wines their distinctive character and elegance.
The experience continues in our tasting area, where you’ll enjoy a guided tasting of either 3 or 5 wines—depending on the rate you select when booking. Among the wines, you’ll taste at least two Lugana labels, including one from a previous vintage to appreciate its evolution, as well as a red Cabernet that showcases the versatility of our vineyards.
To complete the experience, we offer a selection of typical local products from Brescia, thoughtfully paired to enhance the wine tasting:
- Tasting of DOP cheeses from Brescia
- Homemade jam
- Bruschetta with Garda extra virgin olive oil
- Tasting of artisanal salami from Brescia
- Garden vegetables preserved in oil
