Description
We'll begin with a stroll through our vineyards, introducing you to the 11 grape varieties grown organically and sustainably. We'll then continue to the cellar, where you'll discover the gravity-fed winemaking process. Finally, we'll visit the barrel room, where our wines are carefully aged. At the end of the tour, we'll accompany you on a guided tasting of four select wines (approximately two DOC, one IGT white, and one IGT red), paired with fresh and aged Monte Veronese cheeses, along with the traditional local Soppresata.
